The adult victim was reported underneath the train around 11:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue.

The patient was able to be extracted from the tracks and rushed to a hospital with reportedly serious injuries. 

Details surrounding the patient's current condition and extent of the injuries, or what led to the incident were not immediately available.
